The animated character of Walk Cycle was originally a preset in a particle generator software. I picture it moving about, forever, in a digital archive, in an eternally optimistic style, which is the starting point of the video. I manipulated the file data of the image sequence which created chance like distortions to the shapes and movements of the character. When watching the video I like to have the idea of kinaesthetic empathy, the ability of our body to imagine what the movements of other bodies, real or unreal, feels like, in mind.
