A male protagonist takes a nocturnal walk through beds of flowers, alongside a brick wall that undulates to the rhythm of the music. Macro shots of pansies flicker under torchlight to create a spectacular night time disco, exhalations of breath are illuminated and create layered, colorful curlicues to add to the ambience of decoration.

Luke Burton (UK)
Luke Burton (b.1983) is an artist who lives and works in London. He holds an MA in sculpture from Royal College of Art, London (2011-2013) and a BA in Painting from Chelsea College of Art and Design (2002-2005). Luke has recently exhibited his work at many venues (Yarat’s Artim Space in Baku, Manoir di Martigny in Lausanne, Bosse & Baum in London, National Gallery of Modern Art in Edinburgh, 3 137 Gallery in Athens, Institute of Contemporary Arts in London, Carroll/Fletcher Gallery, London Turner Contemporary). He was the recipient of the Lewisham Arthouse Graduate Studio Award, 2014-2015 and The Open Air Sculpture Award, 2012. He was shortlisted for Tenderpixel’s Tenderflix Award, 2014 and the MK Gallery Artist Moving Image Award 2013.
