Haiku is an abstract animation that follows the rule of 5/7/5 on every aspect of the animation processes and was as well divided in 17 structural units for the editing, following the aesthetics of the traditional Japanese poetry in a non-verbal, purely visual environment.

Daniel Ivan (born June 20th 1972, Mexico City, Mexico) is a multimedia artist, photographer and designer focused on video-art, photography, CGI, performing arts and the creation of multimedia environments. In his works he mixes photography, illustration, 2D & 3D animation, design, experimental hypertext and net-art. His work is developed on digital environments and with a main focus on the use of new narrative approaches and semantic units interpolation.
